WHY DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA
OPTIMUS processes personal data in order to manage the relationship with Users and, where appropriate, carry out a proper management of the services provided through OPTIMUS systems.
If you authorise us to do so, we process your personal data in order to send you commercial information about our services, activities and news. We will continue to send you this information until you inform us by any means that you no longer wish to receive it.
DATA STORAGE
Data used in order to send out the communications mentioned above will be saved indefinitely or until, where applicable, you inform us that you wish your data to be deleted.
LEGITIMIZATION
Execution of the contractual and/or professional relationship, as well as OPTIMUS´ legitimate interest.
DATA COLLECTION
The personal data that we process is obtained from commercial contacts that we have previously entered into directly with you, from company directories, or through forms or data collection devices available on the Site.
The categories of data processed are solely your professional contact details, including your full name, company, position, address, business email and, where applicable, business telephone number.
RECIPIENTS
Your data will not be forwarded to third parties, except legal obligation. OPTIMUS never shares or resells any of its data.
OPTIMUS relies on Insightly, Inc. as the Processor of the personal data that OPTIMUS manages. The Processor is compliant with the GDPR.
RIGHTS
Everyone has the right to obtain confirmation of whether or not we are processing personal data that relate to them. All interested parties have the right to access their personal data and to request the correction of any inaccurate data or, where applicable, ask for their data to be deleted when, among other reasons, their data are no longer required for the purposes for which they were collected.
Under the provisions of GDPR affected parties may request that the processing or portability of their data be restricted, in which case we will only save the data in question for the purposes of exercising or defending claims.
Under certain circumstances, and for reasons relating to their own individual situation, affected parties may object to the processing of their data. If you have granted your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time, though this will not affect the legality of any processing carried out on the basis of consent granted prior to its withdrawal. In that case, we shall either no longer process the data in question or, where applicable, cease processing them for the specific purpose indicated, unless this is necessary for legitimate mandatory ends or for the defense of any potential claims.

FINALIDAD CON LA QUE TRATAMOS SUS DATOS
OPTIMUS tratará los datos personales con la finalidad de gestionar la relación con los Usuarios, y, en su caso, llevar a cabo una correcta gestión de los servicios prestados a través de los sistemas de OPTIMUS. Si así nos autoriza, trataremos sus datos personales para el envío de comunicaciones comerciales de nuestros servicios, actividades y noticias que puedan resultar de su interés, hasta que usted manifieste su voluntad en contra por cualquier medio.
CONSERVACION
Los datos para el envio de las referidas comunicaciones se conservarán indefinidamente mientras no se solicite la supresión por el interesado.
LEGITIMACION
La ejecución de la relación contractual y/o profesional, así como el interés legítimo de OPTIMUS.
OBTENCION DE SUS DATOS
Los datos que tratamos proceden de contactos comerciales directamente mantenidos con usted con carácter previo, de directorios empresariales o de información enviada a OPTIMUS a través de los formularios o dispositivos de recogida de datos accesibles en el Portal.
Las categorías de datos que se tratan son únicamente datos de contacto profesional, incluyendo nombre y apellidos, empresa, puesto, dirección postal, dirección e-mail profesional y, en su caso, teléfono profesional.
DESTINATARIOS
Sus datos no serán comunicados a terceros, salvo obligación legal. OPTIMUS nunca comparte o vende ninguno de sus datos. OPTIMUS utiliza a Insightly, Inc. como el Procesador de los datos personales que OPTIMUS maneja. El Procesador cumple con lo establecido en el RGPD.
DERECHOS
Cualquier persona tiene derecho a obtener confirmación sobre si estamos tratando datos personales que les conciernan, o no. Las personas interesadas tienen derecho a acceder a sus datos personales, así como a solicitar la rectificación de los datos inexactos o, en su caso, solicitar su supresión cuando, entre otros motivos, los datos ya no sean necesarios para los fines que fueron recogidos.
Según lo que establece el RGPD, los interesados podrán solicitar la limitación del tratamiento de sus datos o su portabilidad, en cuyo caso únicamente los conservaremos para el ejercicio o la defensa de reclamaciones.
En determinadas circunstancias y por motivos relacionados con su situación particular, los interesados podrán oponerse al tratamiento de sus datos. Si ha otorgado su consentimiento para alguna finalidad concreta, tiene derecho a retirar el consentimiento otorgado en cualquier momento, sin que ello afecte a la licitud del tratamiento basado en el consentimiento previo a su retirada. En estos supuestos dejaremos de tratar los datos, salvo por motivos legítimos imperiosos, o el ejercicio o la defensa de posibles reclamaciones.
